City Line Capital has acquired self-storage, multifamily, and flex industrial assets across primary, secondary, and select tertiary markets. Our presence in secondary markets is intentional: these are often where population trends, supply constraints, and local demand create the kind of durable opportunity that institutional investors frequently overlook.
We also invest in primary markets when the asset and timing are right. And we are selective in tertiary markets, where deal-specific fundamentals must be especially compelling.
