Rick is the founder of City Line Capital and is a 15-year veteran of the real estate industry. Rick is involved in all aspects of City Line’s operations including but not limited to corporate strategy, acquisitions, debt financing and asset management. In his career Rick has participated in more than 350 real estate transactions totaling $2.3 Billion.

Prior to forming City Line Capital, Rick was a Managing Director at HFF, LP. At HFF, LP Rick ran the self-storage platform advising clients on the sale, debt financing and equity placement focused exclusively on self-storage.

Peter J. Veltri, Esq.

President, Partner

Pete is a Partner at City Line Capital and serves as the company’s President, where he oversees all aspects of City Line’s operations.

Prior to joining City Line Capital, Pete was a partner in the Pittsburgh-based law firm of Babst Calland, where he served as the chair of the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practice group. Throughout his career, Pete has structured, led and participated in real estate transactions across a variety of asset classes.

Pete received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is a member of the Circles Board of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust.

Matthew A. Morlino, CPA

CFO

Matt is the Chief Financial Offer at City Line Capital and is primarily responsible for sourcing debt financing for acquisitions, financial and investor reporting, asset management, and overall financial analysis of the portfolio. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate across various asset classes and investment structures. Prior to joining City Line Capital, Matt was a vice president at Keystone Property Group where he was responsible for financial analysis and investment management. Previously, he held a management role at KPMG in the private equity real estate audit practice. Matt graduated with a BS in Accounting from Temple University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
