Job Summary

The Associate, Acquisitions is a sourcing and relationship-development role responsible for originating off-market acquisition opportunities directly from property owners. Each Associate is dedicated to the Multifamily asset class and owns the development and cultivation of long-term relationships with private owners, operators, and family offices in that vertical. The primary measure of success is a growing pipeline of principal-to-principal deal opportunities generated through direct owner outreach and sustained relationship-building.

Once a deal is in process, the Associate remains the owner’s primary point of contact and relationship manager through closing, while the Underwriting and Due Diligence teams handle analysis and execution. Employee will exercise independent judgment in day-to-day responsibilities with limited supervision.
